About Me

Sex, trauma, and healing—these are deeply personal and sometimes difficult topics to talk
about. Whether you’re struggling with problematic sexual behaviors, intimacy challenges,
feelings of shame, or the emotional weight of past experiences, I offer a safe, supportive, and
nonjudgmental space where you can explore and understand your experiences. My goal is to
help you break free from unhealthy patterns, rebuild trust in yourself, and develop a healthier
relationship with your emotions, body, and sexuality.

Hi, I’m Victoria (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan with a Master’s
Degree in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am
passionate about creating a space where you feel heard, valued, and respected—no matter
your background or past experiences. My approach is person-centered and compassionate,
focused on meeting you where you are, fostering self-awareness, and empowering you to
navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Healing is possible, no matter where you’re starting from. Together, we’ll work through the fears,
doubts, and past experiences that have held you back, so you can move toward a life that feels
more aligned, connected, and fulfilling.

Brainspotting & My Approach

One of the core methods I use in therapy is Brainspotting, a powerful technique that helps
process and release trauma stored in the brain. This approach is especially effective for
addressing unresolved past experiences, compulsive or unwanted behaviors, shame and
self-blame, emotional wounds, and patterns that feel stuck on a deeper level. Brainspotting
works by identifying eye positions that access unresolved experiences, allowing your brain to
heal in a way traditional talk therapy might not fully reach.

Therapy with me is not just about the hard work—it’s also about real, human connection. I
believe in balancing deep therapeutic processing with conversations that feel natural,
supportive, and sometimes even lighthearted. Growth happens when we feel safe, seen, and
understood, and that’s the space I aim to create for every client.

Specialties

I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges related to trauma, problematic sexual
behaviors, intimacy and sexuality concerns, depression, anxiety, stress, and difficulties with
coping skills. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with patterns of shame, self-doubt,
and behaviors that feel out of alignment with their values or goals. Additionally, I have
experience working with justice-involved individuals and those adjusting to life
post-incarceration.

Populations I Work With

My practice is inclusive and affirming of diverse identities and lifestyles. I work with individuals in
the LGBTQIA+ clients, kink and BDSM community, and those practicing ethical non-monogamy
(ENM) or polyamory. I also provide specialized support for justice-involved individuals and those
navigating the challenges of post-incarceration transition.
